Why we have to select all languages?

The QUESTION

If I have a software product that is available only in English and I have set the campaign for 3 countries (I know you advise against this and waiting on your response to my other question), shouldn’t English be the language.

What happens if I select English only language and promote in Spain as an example?

The ANSWER

Language targeting allows you to restrict where your ads can appear based on the user’s language settings and the language of the site. By targeting all languages, you can reach people who speak more than one language and may search in several languages.
